Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Business Analysis Manager for the CX Monetization and Analytics team in the U.S. You will help define how Cisco captures value in a competitive, evolving market and support pricing across the services portfolio.

Use SQL and Python to analyze large data sets, monitor KPI trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. The role partners with multiple customers and cross-functional teams to drive growth and monetization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, pricing strategy, or financial analysis within tech, SaaS, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and pricing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with analytical platforms (SQL, Python, Excel, or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of pricing and monetization strategies across the services portfolio.
• Analyze customer buying behaviors, price elasticity, and willingness to pay to optimize strategies.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to benchmark pricing trends within the high-tech industry.
