Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Pricing and Access Consultant to shape market access and pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products. You will develop payer-focused communications, align evidence with pricing and reimbursement, and position products strategically in the market.

You will lead project delivery, mentor junior staff, and act as the primary client contact, providing strategic insights and high-quality outputs across global value dossiers and HTA processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in pricing and market access, preferably in consulting.
• At least 3 years of project management in pricing/HTA and literature reviews.
• Experience delivering global value dossiers and client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing and market access materials, including dossiers and payer stories.
• Mentor team and ensure high-quality outputs across projects.
• Serve as Parexel client contact, advising on needs and providing strategic insights.
• Craft project scopes, plans and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Apply disease-area knowledge to position products strategically.
