United Therapeutics Corporation is seeking a strategic, collaborative HEOR leader who blends scientific expertise with a passion for people development and patient access. This field-based HEOR professional translates clinical and real-world data into payer-relevant insights to guide market access strategies.

You will lead HEOR Liaisons, manage priority payer accounts, and partner with Market Access to shape evidence strategies for both pipeline and commercialized therapies while driving

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, epidemiology, health services research, or related field with 10+ years of professional experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, health plan, or pharmacy benefit management.
• PharmD, PhD, or MD with 7+ years of professional experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, health plan, or pharmacy benefit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons, ensuring strategic pull-through of HEOR engagement plans and payer strategies.
• Maintain a personal panel of priority U.S. payer accounts, engaging directly in high-quality scientific dialogue about the company's products and pipeline assets.
• Represent the company at key forums, including Medicaid meetings and clinical and managed care conferences, presenting data and building relationships within the managed care community.
• Identify ongoing training and resource needs for the team and coordinate development plans with HEOR leadership and Market Access.
