Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Feasibility & Strategy Leader to drive optimized, patient-focused feasibility solutions for clinical development programs. You will collaborate with the Integrated Solutions Director and PRS to deliver data-driven strategies that identify the right countries, sites, and patients, aligned with sponsor needs and timelines.

Qualifications

Very strong experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO Industry within Clinical Research and/or Sales operations.
Strong experience in Project Management/Clinical Management/Feasibility Management of global clinical trials.
Experience in CRO proposal process and solution development.
Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferred
Demonstratable expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments

Responsibilities

Lead integrated strategy for study or program feasibility together with stakeholders.
Analyze country and site mix to inform enrollment strategies.
Develop risk-informed recruitment benchmarks and feasibility scenarios.
Prepare compelling selling proposal text and slides for bids.
Present strategy in bid pursuit meetings.
Drive thought leadership and client relationships in Therapy Area.
