Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across territories and customer segments.
• Maintain accurate customer sell pricing in the ERP system and related databases.
• Partner with branch leadership and sales teams to identify and implement margin expansion opportunities.
• Oversee pricing execution to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Lead pricing process improvements from identification through successful implementation.
• Provide training on pricing, margin management, and related processes.
