Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial distribution or pricing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies across territories and customer segments.
• Maintain accurate customer sell pricing in ERP systems and related databases.
• Partner with branch leadership and sales to identify margin expansion opportunities.
• Oversee pricing execution to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Proactively identify and resolve pricing and margin issues.
• Collaborate with rebate and cost management teams to improve profitability.
• Evaluate customer segmentation and buying behavior to inform pricing changes.
• Review and approve non-standard pricing requests aligned with profitability goals.
• Lead pricing process improvements from identification to implementation.
• Manage routine branch price reviews to identify trends and gaps.
• Provide training on pricing, margin management, and related processes.
