• Serve as primary point of contact for credit facilities, lines of credit, and loan agreements.
• Negotiate terms and optimize cost of capital.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
• Mentor and lead the finance & accounting teams.
