bp is seeking an ARCO/ampm Strategic Pricing Lead to own pricing for Retail sites in M&C Americas, driving integrated gross margin and guiding pricing capability across the team. You will develop data-driven insights, manage pricing analysts, monitor margin performance, and ensure compliance with pricing laws.

This role requires senior pricing experience and an MBA. Travel up to 10% is expected; the role is hybrid with relocation within the country possible, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Senior pricing experience in the Americas (B2C/B2B)
• Data-driven insights from market dynamics to improve margin
• MBA preferred for strategic pricing leadership

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Retail pricing to deliver sustainable gross margin for M&C Americas
• Develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks in volume and margin
• Lead pricing analysts and provide backfill support as needed
• Monitor integrated fuels gross margin performance and inform planning
• Provide sales, margin and halo-insight inputs for site investments and network planning
• Maintain knowledge of pricing laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Assist with implementing new pricing systems and technology
