Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years strategic pricing experience with planning and delivery in both a direct and channel-sales centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of pricing plans across the organization and oversees expansion and improvement of pricing capabilities and processes.
• Manages the execution of the strategic pricing roadmap with internal stakeholders to align with business strategy.
• Develops and maintains a strategic roadmap for pricing initiatives, including price-setting automation, pricing segmentation, annual financial planning, and tool development.
• Acts as a thought leader for pricing strategy, tools, and process improvements.
• Drives discounting and rebate strategies and new product monetization through pricing strategy and market insights.
