Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate experience.
• 5 years' experience leading multimillion-dollar government proposals.
• Knowledge of government/military contracts, GSA, and FAR.
• Understanding of SCA, DBA, and Prevailing Wage.
• Ability to define, schedule and manage pricing preparation processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all phases of pricing for government and commercial RFPs.
• Prepare estimates, pricing data, and workload estimates.
• Develop pricing models and data; perform pricing trades and analyses.
• Prepare REAs and SCA price adjustments.
• Maintain contract management data and cost benchmarking matrices.
• Support capture management and subcontractor scoping as needed.
