Peraton seeks a Pricing Manager in Reston, VA to lead the Health and State & Local Sector pricing organization. This role partners with sector leadership to develop compliant, accurate, and competitive cost proposals.

Based in the Reston Town Center building, the position requires in‑office presence four days a week and oversight of a small team. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in pricing/financial analysis for government contracts, strong Excel skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret

• 10+ years pricing/financial analysis with gov contracts.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS/CAS and government regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of Pricing professionals, including day‑to‑day oversight, mentoring, staffing, and quality review of work products.
• Partner with Sector and corporate stakeholders to advise on risk mitigation and develop competitive price strategies.
• Provide expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other gov regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Peraton’s estimating system, policies, and sector requirements.
• Interpret RFP pricing requirements and advise management on pricing rights, obligations, and risk areas.
• Serve as a primary representative of Pricing for internal/external engagements across proposals and programs.
• Review solicitations and oversee compliant responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
• Support development of cost volumes with Capture, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, and technical teams.
• Manage cost proposal schedules, milestones, reviews, approvals, and final submissions.
• Review pricing models and BOEs to ensure compliance with regs, policy, and customer requirements.
• Support subcontract pricing activities, including template development and subcontractor evaluation.
