Job summary

DLH Corporation seeks a Director of Pricing to shape pricing strategy for federal health and national security programs. You will lead a small pricing team, advise executives, and partner with Growth, Capture, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to develop competitive, compliant pricing for complex U.S.

Government opportunities. The role is a player-coach leadership position requiring deep GovCon pricing expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to work closely with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in U.S. Government contractor pricing, including lead pricing on complex pursuits.
• Experience leading pricing efforts and mentoring other pricing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing function, defining priorities, workload, quality standards, and development of pricing staff.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for major bids and proposals; lead cost analyses and price-to-win
• Provide guidance during RFP analysis, translating requirements into effective pricing approaches.
• Direct development and validation of pricing models, cost estimates, rate structures, and narratives.
• Lead price-to-win activities; present recommendations and financial impacts to executives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and DFARS Estimating System criteria.
• Support recompete pipelines with competitive pricing while protecting margins.
• Establish and improve pricing policies, templates, models, and controls.
• Build and mentor pricing staff; collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Growth, and Operations.
