Sumaria Systems LLC is seeking a seasoned Pricing Manager to own the numbers, understand the market, and drive pricing from proposal through win. You will lead pricing for competitive bids and government opportunities, building and refining models, benchmarks, and intelligence to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of pricing, cost analysis, or related government-focused experience.
Strong understanding of government contracting pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing activities for competitive proposals and government opportunities.
Develop and review cost and pricing models including labor, materials, and escalation.
Own competitive intelligence to understand market dynamics and pricing signals.
Analyze data to craft pricing strategies and identify differentiators and risks.
Monitor competitor behavior and inform pricing policies and processes.
Mentor and develop other pricing professionals and establish pricing best practices.
