Kapsch TrafficCom is seeking a Lead Pricing Specialist for North America. The role leads pricing strategy, cost models, and commercial analysis across complex bids, collaborating with BD, engineering, finance, and executives to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include developing pricing templates, supporting negotiations, and mentoring pricing staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in pricing, proposal development, cost analysis, or related commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for major pursuits and set price targets.
• Develop cost and pricing models with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Validate cost data and incorporate into proposals.
• Prepare executive pricing summaries and commercial analyses.
• Own pricing governance, BAFOs, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor junior pricing professionals and improve templates.
