Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or proposal coordination.
• Experience managing multiple proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting State and Local Government tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with proposal management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP requirements and develop proposal content and process recommendations.
• Guide writers, organizational leads, and proposal team members throughout the lifecycle.
• Define proposal style conventions, templates, covers, tabs, and graphics.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and compliant outlines.
• Coordinate reviews with Legal, Contracts, and other stakeholders.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings, and color reviews for proposals.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and timely submission.
