Job summary

Kapsch TrafficCom AG is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of proposal development, coordinating cross-functional teams to produce compelling responses that align with customer requirements. The role partners with sales, pricing, legal, and leadership to drive winning submissions.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, ensuring compliance, coordinating reviews with Legal and Contracts, and leading kickoff and status meetings to deliver high-quality proposals on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or proposal coordination.
• Experience handling multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting State and Local Government tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear customer-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP requirements and provide proposal process recommendations.
• Coordinate writers, leads, and proposal team members.
• Define proposal style conventions and approve templates and graphics.
