Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 4+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and mentor analysts to develop talent at Capital One.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for various lending products and lead data modeling/analytics.
• Manage delivery of the product strategy and oversee multiple projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve profitability.
