Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field by start date (or MBA with quantitative concentration).
• MBA with quantitative concentration acceptable as alternative to Master’s in quantitative field.
• Preferred: 5+ years in analysis; 2+ years in financial services; 1+ year in consulting; 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by building models and testing hypotheses with rigorous analysis.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business requirements and execute against product strategy.
