Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience preferred.
• 2+ years pricing experience, preferably in transportation or automotive.
• 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience developing financial/budget models and communicating recommendations clearly.
• Analytically driven problem solver with ability to identify multiple solutions and assess risks.
• Known as a thought leader with effective influencing skills.
• Ability to read client provided documents and identify cost items.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to shift priorities with changing due dates and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing models for new and existing opportunities.
• Develop competitive cost models from client RFPs to win profitable business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategy and cost assumptions.
• Develop pricing analysis to support bid recommendations.
• Lead pricing reviews with customers and provide proactive recommendations.
• Present pricing solutions to senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure controls over pricing activities to protect company interests.
• Participate in ad hoc pricing projects as needed.
