Holland America Line, Seattle-based, seeks a Manager, Pricing and Demand to lead pricing, inventory, demand generation and promotional strategies for assigned cruise products, partnering with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales and senior leadership to maximize revenue and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical, strategic and leadership capabilities, with a track record in pricing and revenue management and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and yield.
• Establish pricing assumptions and inventory plans based on demand forecasts.
• Partner with Revenue Management to implement pricing decisions.
• Monitor booking performance and adjust pricing to meet financial goals.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
