Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or pricing analytics, revenue management, corporate strategy, or financial analysis.
• Industry context: cruise, airline, hospitality pricing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated impact: analysis that led to a business decision, not just a report.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic initiatives using the revenue forecast model across departments, channels, products, and destinations.
• Maintain accuracy of the revenue forecast model and investigate variances weekly.
• Prepare materials for commercial meetings with clear rationale and actionable levers.
• Provide ongoing performance visibility and tracking with a consistent, readable view for non-technical audiences.
• Recommend actions to improve performance, quantify impact, and follow up on results.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Ecommerce, Deployment, and Finance to test findings.
