Job summary

Padagis is seeking an experienced pricing leader to shape the commercial pricing strategy for its US portfolio. You will steer pricing initiatives, analyze market dynamics, and work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimize revenue and competitiveness.

In this role you will leverage data-driven insights, implement customer-specific contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving sustainable growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years in pricing/finance with at least 5 years in pharma.
• Proven track record in pricing strategy and revenue objectives.
• Expertise in generic pricing models and price points (AWP, WAC, contracts).
• Deep knowledge of pharma market, channels, and payer landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and pricing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to align long-term pricing strategies with goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for the portfolio.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and identify opportunities.
• Lead pricing initiatives to improve profitability while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotional pricing and contracts.
• Use analytics and predictive modeling to forecast pricing outcomes.
• Ensure pricing activities comply with regulatory standards in pharma.
