Job summary

Padagis seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Pricing to lead pricing strategy development for its portfolio in a highly competitive generic pharma market.

You will guide analytics, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving revenue growth. This role requires extensive pharma pricing knowledge and strong leadership to navigate complex pricing environments in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years in pricing/finance, with at least 5 years in pharma.
• Proven pricing strategy experience and revenue objectives achievement.
• Knowledge of generic pricing models (AWP, WAC, contracts, rebates).
• Deep pharma market knowledge including payer landscape and competition.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; pricing tools proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across org levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to align long-term pricing strategy with company goals.
• Comfort leveraging data for insight-driven pricing decisions.
