Job summary

Wurth Industry US in Minnesota seeks a Business Analyst to analyze customer contracts, pricing structures, and margin performance, driving profitable growth through financial modeling and pricing accuracy. You will work with sales, finance, supply chain, and systems teams to align pricing with customer needs and operational capabilities.

The role focuses on maintaining contract records, supporting negotiations, and implementing pricing system improvements, with opportunities to influence pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, pricing, contracts, or sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of margin analysis, pricing strategy, and contract lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP ERP including pricing modules and data structures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; strong communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze E&O inventory and product profitability; partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to support prevention and resolution efforts.
• Review and support customer contract terms, pricing logic, and cost structures.
• Analyze customer and product profitability, monitor margin performance, and advise pricing adjustments.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for negotiations, renewals, and strategic pricing.
• Maintain contract records, including escalation terms, rebates, and expiration timelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup and maintenance in ERP and pricing systems per contract terms.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on contract utilization, margins, and pricing effectiveness.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities or process improvements to enhance pricing performance.
• Act as SME for contract structures, pricing tools, and margin analytics.
• Participate in testing and implementation of pricing and ERP system enhancements.
• Support training and communication on pricing policy and contract terms.
