Job summary

Würth Industry USA seeks a Business Analyst to support pricing, contracts, and margin performance across sales, finance, and operations in the fastener distribution sector.

The role develops financial models, analyzes customer and product profitability, and ensures pricing accuracy within ERP and pricing systems while aligning with contractual terms. Collaboration across teams is essential for profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, pricing, or sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of margin analysis and contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze E&O inventory and profitability to support prevention and resolution.
• Review customer contracts, pricing logic, and cost structures.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, including rebates and expiration timelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing in ERP and pricing systems.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on margins and pricing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT and finance to enhance system pricing rules.
