Wurth Industry North America seeks a Business Analyst to support commercial and operational goals through in-depth analysis of customer contracts, pricing structures, and margin performance. You will develop financial models, improve pricing accuracy, and support contract execution across sales, finance, supply chain, and systems teams.

This role emphasizes pricing strategy, contract lifecycle management, and ERP system enhancements in a fastener distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced analytics or pricing coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, pricing, contracts, or sales operations in distribution/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of margin analysis, pricing strategy, and contract lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) including pricing modules and data structures.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for presentations to leadership.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze E&O inventory and profitability related to customer contracts.
• Review and support customer contract terms, pricing logic, and cost structures.
• Analyze customer/product profitability and monitor margin performance for pricing adjustments.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for negotiations and renewals.
• Maintain contract records, including rebates and expiration timelines.
• Ensure accurate pricing in ERP and pricing systems per contract terms.
• Collaborate with IT, pricing, and finance to enhance system pricing logic.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting on contract utilization and margins.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve pricing performance.
