Blue Signal LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Pricing & Compliance to steer government pricing, cost estimating, and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs. You will shape pursuit strategies, lead pricing and forecasting, and ensure audit-ready practices within FAR/DFARS frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years leading government contracting pricing, cost estimating, compliance, and financial strategy in regulated environments.
Experience shaping pricing approaches, bid decisions, and negotiations for major pursuits.
In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS and audit-ready pricing practices.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise government pricing strategy across diverse contract types (cost reimbursable, fixed price, incentive-based).
Oversee proposal pricing, cost estimates, financial models, and long-range forecasting.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape pursuit strategies and negotiation plans.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain audit-ready pricing practices.
