Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of pricing and/or contracting in life sciences or related healthcare.
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage teams, and deliver multiple concurrent client projects.
• 2+ years leading a team and mentoring staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience with contracting processes (terms, governance, lifecycle) and risk/controls thinking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams end-to-end, including scope and deliverables.
• Manage project governance, budgets, and coaching of junior staff.
• Produce executive-ready outputs and present recommendations to client leaders.
• Support market opportunities with POVs on emerging government programs.
• Contribute to proposals and business development with effort estimates and client presentations.
• Develop reusable assets to scale Pricing & Contracting delivery.
