Job summary
Daikin Applied Americas, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager in Plymouth, MN, Hybrid. This role partners with Sales, Product Management, Finance and Operations to develop pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and improve price realization.
You will analyze market trends, customer insights and financial data to identify pricing opportunities, evaluate cost impacts for new product launches, and support governance, reporting, and continuous pricing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
- 4–6+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management or similar.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and governance.
- Experience with market dynamics and value-based pricing.
Responsibilities
- Identify pricing opportunities from market and financial analysis and develop strategies.
- Lead pricing analyses related to price adjustments and new product launches.
- Analyze price performance, discounts, profitability and customer economics.
