Job summary

Gemaire Distributors is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to manage the vendor quote process and Enhanced Pricing Requests with major partners. You will build business cases, analyze market data, and drive margin improvements through pricing programs.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to ensure timely, accurate pricing submissions and ongoing profitability across divisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of pricing/financial analysis or procurement analytics.
• Experience managing vendor quotes, RFQ/RFP processes, or pricing requests.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPR and vendor quote submission processes with key partners.
• Develop templates, SOPs, and tracking tools for workflow management.
• Be primary contact for vendor pricing inquiries and approvals escalations.
• Monitor statuses and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pricing governance and vendor guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to build accurate submissions.
