Qualifications

• 5–7 years of pricing, financial analysis, procurement analytics, or business planning.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor quotes, RFQ/RFP processes, or special pricing request workflows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build clear, concise business cases and present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Enhanced Pricing Request (EPR) and vendor quote submission process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with vendor requirements.
• Develop and maintain standardized submission templates, SOPs, and tracking tools for workflows and deadlines across divisions.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendor pricing inquiries and approval escalations.
• Monitor submission statuses and communicate updates to stakeholders and divisions.
• Ensure submissions comply with vendor programs, pricing governance, and internal approvals.
• Coordinate with division personnel and pricing teams to validate data inputs and maintain accuracy.
