The role emphasizes using the standard pricing model to drive profitability and asset utilization, with supervisor support for any deviations. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation pricing or finance, and a background that supports market-based decision making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of logistics, pricing, or finance experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, or transportation logistics with 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing aligned with company objectives and market rates for business accounts.
• Support bid processes by collecting and analyzing preliminary rate, volume data and published accessorials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and market intelligence for pricing decisions.
• Improve revenue quality and yield management under leadership guidance.
