Job summary

CNA Corporation, located at 3003 Washington Blvd, Arlington, Virginia, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead cost/price proposals for federal, state/local, and grants/federal assistance programs. You will build advanced Excel models to compute direct costs, overhead, and profits while ensuring compliance with FAR and Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities include price-to-win strategy, collaboration with capture teams, and support during price audits and post-award activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• 3-5+ years in government contracting pricing or federal cost proposal development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 31 and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
• Experience with Costpoint and Cognos for rate validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Proposal Development: lead creation of cost/price volumes and BOEs for proposals.
• Financial Modeling: build Excel models for direct costs, fringe, overhead, G&A, and profits.
• Compliance: interpret RFPs and ensure pricing aligns with FAR/CAS and Uniform Guidance.
• Strategic Pricing: support price-to-win strategies and variance analyses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with capture teams, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Audit Support: maintain pricing files and assist during audits.
• Post Award: review salaries and map to LCATs; model contract modifications.
