Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; ProPricer experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Collaborate with Estimating Lead on BOEs and review of cost estimates.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing per solicitation requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for reviews and fact-finding.
• Build and maintain cost models with direct/indirect labor, escalation, and vendor inputs.
• Support price-to-win analyses and competitive assessments with capture teams.
