Job summary

AV is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support cost and pricing strategies for federal government proposals and contracts. You will develop detailed pricing models, prepare compliant cost volumes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with program goals.

The role requires 3+ years in federal pricing, strong Excel and ProPricer skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to audit-ready pricing packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; pricing tools such as ProPricer preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing per solicitation.
• Maintain audit-ready pricing documentation to support reviews.
• Collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams.
