Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst to develop and price proposals for U.S. government contracts in Maryland. You will prepare certified cost and pricing data, support audits and negotiations, and present recommendations to management as part of the PS&C Pricing & Estimating team.

Strong Excel, ProPricer, and FAR/DFARS knowledge are essential. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience and the ability to obtain security clearance; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience; alternative high school diploma with extensive experience.
• Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, or business operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred; ProPricer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government contracting regulations preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals in response to customer requests as part of a team.
• Prepare proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies.
• Present proposal recommendations to management.
• Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages.
• Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers.
• Support Missile products and business unit activities as part of the PS&C Pricing & Estimating team.
