Job summary

AV is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support cost and pricing strategies for federal government proposals and contracts. The role ensures compliant, accurate, and competitive pricing submissions in line with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and company policies.

You will work with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to provide pricing analysis, modeling, and documentation that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel and Word); experience with pricing tools such as ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing in accordance with solicitation requirements.
• Ensure pricing submissions comply with FAR/DFARS, CAS, DCAA/DCMA guidelines, and internal policies.
• Perform sensitivity analyses, what-if scenarios, and risk assessments to support bid strategy.
