Qualifications

• Requires an associate's degree with five years of service industry experience and at least three years in supervision.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to manage PM service operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of PM services with internal and external customers.
• Ensure timely invoicing for services performed.
• Establish job priorities and schedule daily PM Technician assignments.
• Review monthly financial statements and reports (WIP, CVA).
• Ensure PM service calls are reviewed and closed timely.
• Coordinate training requirements with Training Department and MSHA Certification.
