Job summary

Responsibilities

• Increase dealer parts and service sales through customer contact and prospecting.
• Maintain regular call activity with customers and top prospects; establish a call plan for top customers.
• Prepare and present written quotes and PM/maintenance opportunities; follow up on quotes above $2500.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and timely itineraries; keep customer data accurate.
• Identify and communicate new sales leads; assist in PM and service delivery processes.
