Job summary

Gregory Poole Equipment Company seeks a PM CVA Program Manager to oversee the Planned Maintenance CVA program, maximizing financial performance, resource deployment, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires supervising PM technicians, coordinating with the Service and Training departments, and ensuring contracts are administered efficiently with strong oversight of budgets and KPIs. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with five years of service industry experience and supervisory/lead experience or equivalent.
• Must be PC literate with keyboard and word processing skills.
• Experience in administering contracts and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM Services performance with customers and internal teams.
• Provide timely response to customer needs and feedback on machine issues.
• Administer PM contracts and scheduling, and review financials and reports.
• Coordinate training requirements and MSHA certification with Training and Safety Departments.
• Lead and develop direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and manage overtime.
