Cooley is seeking a Premier Experiences Senior Manager to join the Marketing and Client Development team. This role sits in the Strategy, Transformation & Growth Team, building scalable, data-backed frameworks to elevate market performance through premium experiences.

You will own end-to-end event design, vendor management, on-site leadership, and lifecycle data capture to accelerate the sales cycle across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing or business development, with strategy/transformation focus.
• 2+ years in exempt/management roles in relevant areas.
• Experience in professional services or B2B marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design event programs with BU Marketing and CD to drive client engagement and cross-selling.
• Lead planning and execution of marquee events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Drive sponsorship strategy for major conferences to ensure high-impact, coordinated presence.
