Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Premier Experiences Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team in San Francisco. You will manage end-to-end logistics for high-profile events, from venue research to on-site execution, ensuring flawless experiences that reflect the firm’s brand.

The role requires 3+ years in professional services marketing or business development, plus hands-on experience with Cvent, TicketManager and CRMs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing or business development within professional services.
Experience with events, logistics and vendor coordination.
Experience with CVENT, TicketManager, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate core logistics of premier events including venue research and onsite coordination.
Manage event registration sites and attendee communications.
Administer event tools (Cvent) and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate production and shipping of brand collateral and gifts.
Serve as day-to-day vendor contact for AV, printers, and shipping.
Provide on-site support for events and troubleshoot in real time.
Maintain CRM data integrity and single source of truth.
Assist with contract processing and filing.
Oversee inventory of event assets for global activations.
Support post-event budget reconciliation and readouts.
Other duties as assigned.
