Job summary

Cooley is seeking a Campaign Strategy Senior Manager to lead the Strategy, Transformation & Growth initiatives within Marketing & Client Development. You will oversee end-to-end journey design, template development, and cross-channel execution to drive high-impact campaigns across the client lifecycle.

Partner with BU marketers, manage real-time optimizations, personalization rules, and UAT testing, while mentoring junior staff and aligning initiatives with firm-wide strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the field with 2+ years in exempt/management roles.
• Experience mapping customer journeys across lifecycle.
• Advanced data storytelling to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end journey design translating marketing plans into detailed flows.
• Develop and maintain a library of Standard Journey templates.
• Coordinate tactics across channels and ensure narrative linkage in the client journey.
• Monitor campaign health with Real-Time optimization and adjust creative, targeting, and cadence.
