Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Group Insurance experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or will obtain within 30 days.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Must live in the territory footprint and work in Pacific Southwest (AZ).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and grow profitability while retaining clients.
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director on growth.
• Build relationships with brokers and clients; participate in stewardship meetings.
• Lead special projects; mentor new hires during first six months.
• Provide coaching to peers and update reporting systems.
