Job summary

Prudential Financial in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Premier Account Executive to service a portfolio of group insurance clients in the Pacific Southwest, including Arizona. You will manage relationships with clients, brokers and internal partners to retain and grow the business while resolving service inquiries.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Directors to identify growth opportunities, coordinate enrollment, and provide consultative support

Qualifications

• Three (3) plus years of relevant Group Insurance experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and partner with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and identify opportunities to retain and grow revenue.
• Coordinate enrollment, support services, and consultative guidance for clients and brokers.
• Present financial components of rate actions and premium comparisons for participating and non-participating employees.
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director on books of business.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to peers and ensure timely reporting and data updates.
