Job summary

Prudential's GI Premier Client Relationship Management team seeks an experienced Account Executive to service customer accounts in the Pacific Southwest, mainly Arizona. This role is virtual, with occasional on-site requirements at Prudential offices as needed, and involves managing relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners.

You will drive revenue growth by retaining and expanding business, present rate components and analyses, collaborate with sales executives on enrollment,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Group Insurance experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (500–5,000 lives) and drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director on enrollment and service.
• Present financial components of re-rates and provide premium/claim analyses.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to win new business.
• Travel up to 30% and operate in the Pacific Southwest, primarily Arizona.
