Job summary

Prudential Financial is seeking an experienced Account Executive to service customer accounts in the Pacific Southwest, primarily Arizona. You will manage relationships with clients and brokers, develop business plans to retain and grow the book, and collaborate with sales leadership to win new business.

The role requires consultative selling, strong communication skills, and travel about 30% to support accounts. A Life/Health license is expected within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Group Insurance experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to travel ~30%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (500–5,000 lives).
• Develop client business plans to retain and grow the book.
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate enrollment and support services for accounts and brokers.
• Provide consultative support and prepare premium/claims analyses.
