Job summary

Prudential's Group Insurance Premier Client Relationship Management team is seeking an experienced Account Executive to service customer accounts in the Pacific Southwest, primarily Arizona. This role is virtual, with occasional on-site requirements at Prudential offices as needed to support business preferences.

You will manage an assigned book of business, build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners, and drive profitable revenue growth through retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Three (3) plus years of relevant Group Insurance experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 30% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and expand profitable growth.
• Collaborate with brokers, consultants and internal partners to win new business.
• Provide consultative support and address service inquiries for clients.
• Coordinate enrollment and support services for accounts (500–5,000 lives).
• Maintain and update reporting systems.
