Prudential’s Group Insurance Premier Client Relationship Management team seeks an experienced Account Executive to service customer accounts in the Pacific Southwest, mainly Arizona. The role focuses on managing relationships, driving profitable growth, and resolving issues, with virtual work arrangement and occasional on-site presence at Prudential offices.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned book of business, build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to retain and grow business.
• Present financial components of re-rates and provide premium/claim analysis for participating and non-participating employees.
• Develop customer-specific business plans to retain and profitably grow business; coordinate enrollment and support services for accounts (500–5,000 lives).
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director to identify growth opportunities and support services for accounts.
• Engage in finalist meetings, implement new business, address service inquiries, and provide consultative support to brokers and customers at meetings.
