Job summary

Synergi, LLC is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead projects from initial client engagement through successful handover to Construction. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and client relations to deliver fully prepared, commercially viable projects.

The role requires strong project management, risk mitigation, and vendor management skills to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction across complex architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• A degree or working towards a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with project pitches.
• Communicating with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from award through handover to Construction.
• Develop and manage the pre-construction plan, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Client Relations, and Sales for pre-construction readiness.
• Protect and improve project gross profit through proactive planning and cost management.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and subcontractor involvement prior to handover.
• Identify commercial risks early and mitigate exposure.
